Check out their calendar:
Scrapbook Creations holds a monthly class. You must register in advance.
It's only $5 a class and it's well worth it: http://www.scrapbkcreations. com/page/page/1165014.htm
Kirsten decided she wanted to take ballet this year after taking Gymnastics last year at Spartanburg Gymnastics. She misses Gymnastics but really loves all the friends she's made @ ballet.
Spartanburg Gymnastic is where she went: http://www. spartanburggymnastics.com/
There is also Kozeev's, but we have never been there: http://www.kozeev.com/
The Chapman Cultural Center also has quite a bit to offer; the Colors art program:

Given a choice......Homeschool!!!!!!
After deciding to give public school a try, Kirsten has decided it's going to be much more fun to homeschool and "do our own thing".I am so thrilled that she made this decision all on her own.
In the 3 weeks that she was in public school I could see that her love for art had started to be undermined. She said, "I don't like art." ????? She has always loved art!

She didn't want me to read to her either.....????? Not normal for her at all.
Our 1st week and we are back into "our" swing and loving it!
I was actually nominated to the School Improvement Council. I was stoked for that. I really wanted a voice. However, even though I could still serve as a community member, children aren't allowed at the meetings.
Ahem.......
yeah, School Improvement at it's best.....excluding the kids huh?
